Myofascial Release is a “deep” form of massage, often referred to as Connective Tissue Massage.This form of massage releases connective tissue (fascia) adhesions to help relax chronically tight muscles, improve range of motion, and improve posture. Myofascial Release is performed directly on skin without oils or creams.
