1. Why did you start the program?

To lose weight and lower my blood pressure.

2. What was your biggest struggle while on the program?

I can't really say I had one.

3. What is your favorite product?

Vanilla Rice Crispy Squares

4. What is your favorite trick to give a new dieter?

Think long term and keep your goals at the forefront of your mind.

5. What have you noticed besides weight loss that has been beneficial while on the program?

Significantly reduced blood pressure and significantly increased energy.

6. What have you given up for good since being on the program?

Soda, fast food, and anything fried.

7. What have you learned while on the program that you will used during maintenance?

How to read labels, what you should eat and when you should eat it.

8. What was your best experience while on the program?

The Staff.

9. What is your favorite new meal that you will continue to use while you are in maintenance?

Salad. Never would touch one before. Now i have them daily.

10.What advice would you give to a new dieter?

Do not let yourself get overwhelmed the first week or so. It seems like a lot of work and a lot of sacrifice, but after a few weeks its like riding a bike.

11. Any additional comments?

I am so thankful this protocol came into my life. When I started the program I checked in at 261 pounds. In just 6 short months I dropped a total of 90 pounds, and my blood pressure dropped nearly 40 points. July 1 will be 2 years since I completed my journey, and I am proud to say that I have kept the weight off with no trouble. Short term sacrifice.... long term gain.
